When Kaveh Zamanian ― a successful clinical psychologist and psychoanalyst at the time ― met his wife Heather, he decided to switch careers. He moved to Kentucky and founded his own spirits company: Rabbit Hole. Rabbit Hole Distillery crafts modern bourbon with a vision of challenging the status quo within bourbon.
